HOW do customers return items?
If the item is damaged on arrival, contact us via email or telephone and we will send a ups call tag to get the item. Please repackage it as nicely as you can. If the item is not damaged, it must be returned in its original box and packaged as it was when received.
SHIPPING for returns?
If the item is damaged on arrival, Come Quilt With Me will refund your shipping costs back to us. If it is not, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
CREDIT for returns?
If the item is damaged on arrival, Come Quilt With Me will refund the price paid including shipping costs. We will also pay for the shipping costs to return the item. The customer will then have the choice to use the refund for in store credit, or have their credit card refunded.
If the item is not damaged, the customer will receive in store credit for the retail price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.
